Fiji is a storage unit made of varnished blockboard and solid wood. The upper part of this piece of furniture seems suspended on top of the legs made of natural oak. The layout of the volumes, where the depth prevails against the height, together with the design of the legs, offer a wide base on the upper part, in addition to a vague vintage look.

 What makes this piece of furniture special is the particular manufacturing of its thick doors,  together with the proportions of the unit equipped with a “soft” closing system.

Fiji è un mobile contenitore realizzato in listellare laccato e legno massello.
La parte superiore sembra rimanere sospesa al disopra
dei piedi in rovere naturale. La disposizione dei volumi, dove la profondità
prevale all’altezza, e il disegno dei piedi, oltre a conferirgli un aspetto vagamente
vintage, offrono un ampio piano di appoggio nella parte superiore.

A caratterizzare il pezzo è la particolare lavorazione degli sportelli anch’essi di grande spessore, a seguire le proporzioni del mobile, e dotati di chiusura “soft”  .
